“Easy location to access”

“This was my second stay at the Best Western Plus Casper Inn & Suites, and once again I had a very positive experience. The hotel is clean, spacious, and quiet, making it a comfortable place to relax after a long day. The location is convenient, with several really nice restaurants nearby, and there's plenty of parking available. The staff were friendly and the property was well maintained. “Amazing hotel with a big hall, overlooking balconies on trees and inner garden with pool, 5 warm and cozy hot tubes and a small fountain with fishes. Rich breakfast, big room and perfect cleaning. Definitely recommended for a relaxing break. ”

“My room was 209 corner. Never stayed at a motel 6 before so wasn’t sure what to expect. Room was clean and fresh. Air conditioning work fine as I like it cool water for Shower was fine towels are a little thin. Bed mattress was firm. Loved they had no carpet. For the price I was pleasantly surprised. Staff was great”

“I was disappointed by the lack of communication and housekeeping. At check-in, I was not told that room cleaning was not provided daily, which was unexpected since I am not from the area. I also was not given the Wi-Fi password, and it was not posted anywhere in the room. Additionally, the window curtain would not roll down properly, which affected privacy and comfort. When I requested housekeeping on the third day, the room was not properly cleaned. The beds were made and towels replaced, but...

“The property was new. The staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. The property was OK on a cleanliness standpoint. I'm tired of hotels thinking that using a sticky roller on the floors is equal to cleaning them. Vacuum and get out a mop! There was hair all over the entry and bathroom floors. Beds were comfortable and clean. The shower head was weird. You can hear your neighbors walk, talk, run, snore, plus everything else. The pool area was very nice and big. No hot tub. “Fantastic place to stay! I was traveling with a dog and my 82 year old mother. I had originally booked at another place hotel but they couldn't accommodate my needs. I was thrilled when I discovered how welcoming the Ramkota was at the last minute on a holiday weekend with state soccer finals in town. We ate dinner in the bar and the bartender kindly took great care of us.”
